This contest is a mission to identify, develop, and elevate the Murabbiyun — the educators who do more than teach content. They nurture the soul and character of the child. They model Prophetic ethics, emotional attunement, and spiritual wisdom. They understand that tarbiyah is not merely about transmission, but transformation — the gradual nurturing of character through presence, practice, and relationship.
If you are/know a teacher or education leader who delivers ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Arabic through an Islamic worldview — who builds character before enforcing consequences — who sees every lesson as an opportunity to nurture the fitrah of a child.

But beyond the prizes, this is an invitation to be part of something larger: a movement to revive Prophetic Tarbiyah in our Islamic schools across the country to raise a generation of spiritually aware, emotionally resilient, and ethically upright human beings who strive toward their best self and toward Ihsaan.
