Substitute Teacher

Instructional Faculty | Part Time

Teach core subjects (Math, ELAR, Science) through the lens of Tawhid.

Our Substitute Teachers are trusted classroom leaders who step in to ensure continuity of learning and care. They uphold our commitment to weaving themes of Tawhid and God-consciousness into Math, Science, and ELAR lessons while maintaining a structured, nurturing environment. By following provided plans, reinforcing classroom expectations rooted in Prophetic character, and supporting students with patience and clarity, you help sustain both academic momentum and spiritual growth in the teacher’s absence.

Middle School Math/Science Teacher

Instructional Faculty | Full-time

Bridge empirical observation with spiritual reflection in STEM.

We are looking for a dedicated educator to bridge the gap between empirical observation and spiritual reflection for our middle schoolers. As the Math/Science Murabbi, you will deliver high-quality STEM instruction that highlights the Creator’s design within mathematical logic and scientific inquiry. Your mission is to foster intellectual confidence and critical thinking, helping students master advanced concepts while maintaining a deep, personal connection to their faith and the natural world.

Elementary Homeroom Teacher

Instructional Faculty | Full-time

Teach core subjects (Math, ELAR, Science) through the lens of Tawhid.

Our Elementary Homeroom Teachers are more than instructors; they are mentors who weave themes of Tawhid and God-consciousness into every Math, Science, and ELAR lesson. You will deliver a rigorous academic curriculum while fostering a classroom culture based on Prophetic guidance and kindness. By helping students see the signs of Allah (swt) in the world around them, you will empower young learners to become intellectually courageous and spiritually grounded from the very start of their educational journey.

Physical Education Teacher (Female)

Specialized Roles | Part-time/Full-time

Teach fitness as a means of worship (amana) and self-discipline.

The Physical Education Teacher at Muraqaba School views movement as a sacred means of worship and character building. You will lead K–8 students in developing lifelong habits of physical well-being, emphasizing the body as an amana (trust) from Allah. Through sportsmanship, martial arts basics, and teamwork, you will cultivate discipline and leadership in a safe, inclusive environment, modeling Islamic adab through active, healthy living.

Prophetic Tarbiyah Counselor

Specialized Roles | Part-time/Full-time

Mentor student on Prophetic, God-centered emotional awareness and regulation; behavior skills building, and SEL rooted in Quranic principles.

As the Prophetic Tarbiyah Counselor, you will be the primary architect of our students' emotional and spiritual resilience. This role focuses on cultivating hearts by aligning behavioral development with an Islamic worldview and SEL frameworks. You will provide individual and group counseling, lead high school character education classes, and design initiatives that nurture virtues like sabr (patience) and shukr (gratitude), ensuring every student feels seen, supported, and guided toward their best self.

Assistant Principal

Administrative Leadership | Full-Time

  • Lead the school’s behavior framework through restorative discipline and Prophetic adab.
  • Requirements: 3+ years experience, leadership degree, deep spiritual grounding.

We are seeking a visionary servant leader to serve as our lead Murabbi, overseeing a school-wide culture rooted in restorative justice and Prophetic adab. In this role, you will move beyond traditional discipline to treat every behavioral challenge as an opportunity for spiritual growth and self-regulation. You will mentor teachers in HEART-centered classroom management and partner with families to ensure that our campus remains a joyful, safe, and God-conscious environment where character development is the highest priority.
